Weekly Classes 

Meditation is a powerful tool for calming and centering the mind, as well as for promoting overall physical and mental health.

I offer weekly classes held in my peaceful studio. We will follow guided meditations, relax with a Tibetan sound bath and quiet our minds together.

My classes aim to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all levels of experience, whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned meditator.
